Delivery & return
What are our delivery times?
At Artysse, delivery times include the manufacturing time (5 working days maximum) + the carrier's delivery time (5 working days in mainland France). Which can take ten days.
Indeed, we have no stock and we manufacture everything manually to order. Delivery times begin from the moment you receive an e-mail from the carrier generally managed by Colissimo for home deliveries and Chronopost for withdrawals from the Pickup relay from Shop2Shop by Chronopost.
If you have not received your Artysse order within the stated delivery time, please check first if you have provided us with the correct information. If you have provided correct information, please contact us within 30 business days of placing your order and we will assist you.
What delivery option do we offer?
Once you have added your products to your basket and accessed payment, you can choose either home delivery and in this case we work with Colissimo which accepts all our package sizes. If you live within a 50 km radius of our workshop, you have the option of choosing a free pick-up in Nancy. You also have the option of choosing delivery to a Chronopost Pickup/Shop2Shop relay; there are more than 16,000 withdrawal points available in France and 60,000 in Europe. Having your address, we will choose the Pickup point closest to your home. You will be notified automatically by a notification of the place and date of delivery of this Pickup/Shop2Shop collection point. If you have a preference, leave us a comment provided for this purpose in the payment form, or by e-mail to: contact@artysse.fr, or by telephone on 06 09 75 02 13.
We have stopped working with Mondial Relay and Relais Colis following the many problems encountered.
Shipping cost
Our parcels are light, but large and the transport rates are proportionate to their dimensions. Not all carriers accept parcels developing a “Length + Height + Width” greater than 150 cm, with a maximum length on one side greater than 100 cm, which limits carriers. We reserve the right to choose the carrier to deliver your package and to change our prices at any time according to the carriers' offer. Transport costs are offered from 350 euros of purchase.
Parcel tracking
Your order will be manufactured and shipped within five working days of your purchase. As soon as it has been picked up by the transport company, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking link, please contact us via our contact form.
Do we deliver abroad?
We are able to deliver to many countries. Contact us via our contact form.
Why is your tracking link not active?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our workshop, you will receive your tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email. Please note that it may take 48 hours after receiving your confirmation email for your tracking link to be active.
What happens if you do not collect your package?
For orders that are returned to us because the customer has not collected the package, a fee of 15 euros is applied to cover our return costs.
Complaint
What if your package and products were damaged on arrival?
If your package and Artysse products were damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible providing us with photos of the package, along with the damaged items. You can do this via our contact form. As soon as we receive the photos of your package and your damaged products, we will process your request. Please do not return damaged items to us at first.
What if you receive incorrect items?
Please start by carefully checking your order confirmation to verify what you have ordered. If you have not received the ordered items, please contact us.
